View Full Version : How about an Automatix CD?

Well,
Here in India, Internet connections (read high speed) are a rarity..
Its often difficult to install those high volume codecs, and java and stuff.
The addon cd might help, but, its still not read for noobs,

I was just wondering if we could have an Automatix Cd, that runs just
like its running on the computer, but actually reads from the cd
instead of from the Internet.. Newer cds could be released as s/w
gets updated...

Is this even possible??

No Edgy or Dapper ones as far as I know.

There is a community-created add-on CD (not Automatix) that has a Dapper version, though. You can find it here:
