Yeah, it's a cool live cd. I have it installed on a partition because for my job, I need this tools very often.

I use to use PHLAK or whatever it's called. Very light package, ran it off a thumbdrive.

Nubuntu and LAS, PHLAK are the only three sec tools Ive used in the past.

Im not so good at this with security but what is good encryption? Or what are folks looking for when using this? :-k

It depends. If you want to encrypt a filesystem, dm-crypt is very good.

If you want end to end encryption, ssh is for you.

It really depends on what you want to do.
