I don't use a comic strip viewer. I just have a Webcomics folder in my Firefox bookmark toolbar, where the URLs or my favourite webcomics are. Each day I middle click on this folder, and they all open up in tabs for me to read.

This way, I actually visit the original site, and click on the ads to support the artists.

For comic archives (zip, cbz, cbr and so on), Comix (http://comix.sf.net) is great. For online strips I haven't found a really good program yet. Some have good rss feeds, so I just drop them into liferea, most other online strips I forget and have to catch up a year later or so. :)

Bump Bump! Still cant find a decent easy to install comic strip reader. Would anyone recommend anything new out there?

I agree, Comix is awesome for regular comic books, but what about comic strips? The online ones (newspaper style) like these...
