Ubuntu Video DVD

Anyone know what all is on the dvd that comes with this book:

I came across it while doing some christmas shopping at their store. I wanted to buy for myself but $50 is kinda steep:???:

I assume it has the same packages as the DVD section of (http://www.ubuntu.com/products/GetUbuntu/download?action=show&redirect=download)

well looking at the book in the store made it sound like the dvd has some videos on it or something. Maybe I will have to stop by the store and take a closer look..

It is possible that they also included videos and pdf's that are from tutorials in the book, but as far as the binarys / source go I assume they are the same as the link I provided
