How can I install the g++ compiler on my computer that does'nt have the internet. Right now, I'm in a library and I'm going to take the package, (or whatever it may be), home. God bless jump drives.

Everything needed to build packages is included on the ubuntu cd. Just pop the cd in the drive (while running ubuntu that is) and install the package build-essential.

Sorry, I did'nt get an answer for some time. Thanks for the help in the newb forum; I followed the link and downloaded what I need. Hopefully this should be the last time I need help with installing stuff.
