wow ...but why he wouldn't ship it to Israel ? ;)
well ...by now I'm sure someone already bought it.

but I think he actually wanted to sell it for 990$ ...which is not too much for some people.

So, the question is: should s/he try to weasel out of the sale?

Actually, it's free if you're in the Boston area, apparently. :D

How about this for an idea? The seller claims that the PS3 comes with a free copy of OJ's "If I Did It" thereby forcing ebay to annul the sale.

Oops... I doubt he ships it out though, just "gets lost in the mail" and the 2 fight it out for a while

I have seen better deals on ebay (I am a playstation fan too!)
Like a Lotus, or a gaint robot at much more of a discount.

It's not like Ebay police will come to his house and rip the PS3 from his hands.
First of all, Ebay would understand if it was an error. Second of all, the worst that could happen to him is getting banned from ebay, however, most likely (if the buyer is an a__), he will just get a negative feedback and a warning from Ebay.

However, take a look at this site:

That's a great idea. Why couldn't I come up with something like that before!

So, the question is: should s/he try to weasel out of the sale?Without a doubt! :)

The worst he can get is a strike on his account. Sure, if he's already had two strikes he'll be banned, but rather be banned from eBay then fork out $1000+ worth of hardware & software for less than a buck. :D
