If anyone has installed or does install Cable.. please fill me in.

I have Comcast Digital Cable. My TV has 7 separate input jacks. ANT-A (Where the cable is hooked up), ANT-B (Nothing) and Input-1 (PS2 is hooked up via A/V cables).

Now, When my cable box is on, and the TV is set to ANT-A, all I get is snow. Now, if I switch to Input-2 and play PS2 for a bit, then switch back, the Cable works and everything is groovy.

I haven't messed with anything.. My question is, is it the TV or the cable box? Splitter maybe?

If your TV is set to use channel 3 or 4 (typically one of the two), make sure you have the frequency set to Cable and not Air. If you have an option to choose STD, HRC, or some other cable frequency, try each one to see if that makes a difference.
Also, try leaving the cable box on, don't turn it off. Just turn the TV off and on.

Why not just hook the cable up with A/V? Should also yield a better picture.
