Installing Gentoo via ubuntu

Hi all,

Trying to install gentoo, but I have to do it via a breezy Live CD.

This is because my iBook CD rom drive is too old to recognise CD-R's

Could anyone help, I'm a little confused by the official documentation because it kind of assumes you have their Official Install CD.
