Hello people,

I have a Computer Networks exam tommorow, and sometimes they ask about Linux too. So could somebody please point me to a resource which gives basics about linux kernel, its functions, how it is different from other kernels etc. I have tried all the obvious place like wikipedia n google but couln't get what I was looking for. :P

If "rickmans" links didn't suit you I'm not sure mine will!!
What exactly are you looking for that you didn't find via the links he/she provided?
Linux Novice (http://www.linuxnovice.org/main_docs.php3)
Understanding the Linux Kernel (http://jungla.dit.upm.es/~jmseyas/linux/kernel/hackers-docs.html)
