Linux LAN Party Spec

I want as much input and discussion about it as possible. I'll be making an announcement on the mailing list as well, but I'd like to keep discussion to changes on the wiki, and discussion in this thread.

Also, I want to know when the best time is to hold group meetings. Thoughts?
