My brother recently got the Intel Core Duoo, 512 mb RAM, 60 GB HDD, SuperDrive MacBook, but very recently, the new Intel Core 2 Duo Macbooks have come out. look here (http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wa/RSLID?mco=A4791B5D&nclm=MacBook) for the new macbooks.

his dilemma is this: should he just stick to his macbook, even though its kinda slower than he expected it to be, or should he (and CAN he) just return this one, and get the new one (the middle one), which has practically every better spec than the old one?

...or should he upgrade to a decent amount of RAM and get a fast MacBook that way?

/Mimsythe thing is, the new one would cost just as much as the old one, $1200, yet it would have double the ram (1GB instead of 512 MB), it would hav an intel core 2 duo instead of core duo, and it would have an 80 GB HD instead of a 60 GB

if he can return it for a refund, then why not?
