I just did the survey but it seemed a crash for me right after the question 12 (How did you obtain your most recent copy of OpenOffice.org?), I mean I couldn't proceed anymore! What the heck?! :(

OK, I just completed it. It's weird to crash unresponsively in the middle of the process, but it's even nicer to give me resume option to continue the survey :D

That's alright. It is perfectly normal for one to doubt the origin of any mail that it's content says that you will win some prize such as money.
