The best Wiki engine

Hello all!!!

I'm asking this because some of my friends and I from Serbian Ubuntu LoCo want to open an Ubuntu Wiki. but what Wiki engine to use???

We need some easy-to-use Wiki engine (if possible non-s**t). HELP!!!

I would personally recommend Mediawiki, which is what wikipedia and the UDSF (http://doc.gwos.org) use, along with many other sites.

It does require an SQL backend though.

No problem with SQL or PHP. The host has them installed (I think)
