What in the world is this program? Someone re-selling skype? Isn't that illegal?

It seems they are saying you need to install skype yourself there:

But I don't understand what chanskype is for then.

Oh crap, Just so you know, Chanskype is used to setup your own skype server with dummy setups to allow you to log into skype under different accounts with your own vnc server that connect to your actual skype account. they let you have skype run on multiple computers and it splits them to ring on all ends. It's like having more then one phone jack on a land line. Most users do not need this software unless they need to have this feature.
