So I am having a quick look around the site for my ISP, and follow the link to the broadband plans overview. I look at it and think to myself, hang on, my plan isn't even there! There are close'ish' plans slightly above and below on the limit scale, but the closest plan, for the exact same price, has three times the speed.
Now I understand they are running a business, but we have been customers for many years, and I would expect a company which apparently prides itself on customer service, to keep customers abreast of available upgrades. Needless to say I have upgraded, but still, it's irritating! Thought I'd share! (BTW, the ISP in question is Bigpond, Australia)
