Tux Icon?

I'm after a tux Icon in the crystalxp style similar to my current avatar, but with a straitjacket on him. Yes, i want an insane tux.

I'm no good at artistry work so is anyone out there good enough with GIMP or whatever to create a crystalxp Insane Tux?
