Just noticed there is a new LiveCD for NetBSD: link (http://www.netbsd.org/Changes/#netbsd-live-cd-2007) and a link for screenies here (http://www.thecodingstudio.com/opensource/linux/screenshots/index.php?linux_distribution=NetBSD%20Live!%202007 ).
Might be interesting for people who want to try NetBSD.

Interesting. After my FreeBSD experience, I didn't want to touch it anymore, but this looks tempting.

One thing that made me mad in FreeBSD was its crappy boot loader. It also screwed up my Ubuntu partiton. Seeing NetBSD use GRUB gives me more hope for it.

I try to keep my grub alive when installing any OS. I just modify grub.conf manually to boot other OSs.
Both NetBSD and FreeBSD (I believe OpenBSD and Dragonfly aswell) will give you the option to keep the MBR intact.
