Contact management system

Hi,

Can anyone recommend one? For 5000< contacts .

The prime purpose would be for storing details of customers, notes when they called, mail merge etc.

If this is for multiple users, then check out www.sugarcrm.com... there is an open source free version of their product. It's web based CRM, so it does what you're mentioning (and a good deal more too).
