No, trademarks are much more limited than patents and copyrights. Basically, it's only protected within an industry. As the cleaning industry and the OS industry are quite different, both Linux's are in the clear.

@unlokia: How far from the supermarket do you live? Seems like you needed 5 years to return from there. German Mark (DM) is not used anymore since the end of 2001. ;)

How do I install this Linux to my computer? Just pour the powder to the CD-tray? Or directly to the monitor?

It is supposed to be easy..
