How do I move the Dustbin onto the desktop?

I am tarting up my desktop and seen some peoples desktop with the wastebasket on the desktop and not in the panel. I have OSX icons and want to have the wastebasket on the desktop,(not the panel) how do I do this? Thanks...

* start gconf-editor
* navigate to /apps/nautilus/desktop
* check 'trash_icon_visible'

Thanks for the reply bihe but that dont mean nothing to me. My join date is Oct 06 ie 5 days ;)

Type alt+F2, type in gconf-editor; in the window on the side, select applications -> then go to nautilus -> then to desktop; and check the box with trash_icon_visible; and exit.
