To moderate or not to moderate - what gives?

OK, it is my view as is of many others I see that the impartiality of the moderators is sometimes questionable.

Which is basically a joke and I fail to see how it could be anything else?

Yet this thread of mine which I recieved an infraction for still remains in the forum for which it was closed?

I realise you guys have your work cut out doing what it is you do but it does appear that there is inconsistnecy in how you deal with one post to another.

PS I hope I dont earn an infraction for daring to speak up!
