No that is cheating and no it isn't AI. lots of games produce computer players which use 'cheats' this allows the computer player to be more dificult to play because basicly human beings have a squishy 4,000Thz processor, memory a structural linking all built into one and even a 3Ghz Dual PPC would have trouble against that. your ownly hope is to make a computer player which either 1) cheats, 2) knows the rules realy realy well 3) knows all posible moves and how to react and plan 4) Is a very good AI indeed.

I've only seen 4 once, and that was for warzone2100, it's an add-on because if you pit youself against the standard computer player with low energy resources the computer player will drag and become very easy to defeat. but they didn't want to just cheat so they built a real AI that understood the rules and moves.

Your AI should be really easy to do without cheating.
