Is there a server problem or is it a local problem?

When it is a local problem: How to fix it?

It still isnt working for me and I need some java.

BTW I think its funny that its hosted on freeBSD, but I understand the cost issue. Anyway Ubuntu doesnt claim to be better for servers, just eaisier to use. Ubuntu is for human beings, not the demi gods who keep our server infrastructure running.
