Woop Yahoo Messenger finally works.

FOr those that want to play with Yahoo messenger.

I just donwloaded and installed the latest Yahoo messenger and it worked. A few months ago yahoo messenger would not install and run properly in Ubuntu.

Okay, I'm confused.
Yahoo Messenger Linux version number 1.0.4 (I thought this hadn't changed in years!)
Yahoo Messenger Windows version number 8

so is 1.0.4 still the _latest_ Linux version? And if so, what advantages does it have over gaim?
