Using my previous account, "joeljkp", I wrote a spam thread unintentionally (offering invites to chacha.com; I didn't think it was spammy at the time).
I'm not a bot, I've contributed positively to the forum in the past, and I hope to do so in the future. I've learned my lesson, and I humbly ask that my ban be assigned a reasonable end date instead of being banned forever.
