Skype test account and the Berlin Wall

As you might know, to check if skype works in your computer you can add the fake user "echo123" which is a bot that will repeat to you after 10 seconds what you say at the micro.
Now, is it only me or the bot voice welcoming you seems to be a girl from the ex East Germany Female Olympic Team?
