View Full Version : Two reasons why I still have my Windows partition

1. Nero Ultra Edition - Capture movies from my cam, create clips, cut out blunders, add transition effects, add titles, chapters, create animated menus and create DVDs that I can play in my DVD-player. Simple, ALL-IN-ONE and stable. Not to mention the huge collection of background and button templates.

2. Adobe photoshop - Yeah I can use GIMP but keep going back to Photoshop (spent a lot of time learning it).

... for the rest I use ubuntu.

1.) You should use Kino. its in the repos, it should allow the same. if you need better editing, use Cinelerra.
2.) Adobe Photoshop 7.0 runs just fine on WINE. As a matter of fact, sometimes I use it.

note: I dont have a Windows Partition

i don;t think there is the nero ultra edition available for linux, although there is nero linux.

It's just the burner itself. The Nero platform has no Linux alternative sadly.
