Yeah, take the poll and discuss :)

This thread wasn't supposed to exist really :p . I created it but it didn't show up in the forum. Anyway, I don't think that I will create a poll now but what I wanted to start a discussion about is whether you are computer geek who keeps all manuals and commands in your head or the average guy that struggles and needs a good guide ;).

I vote we make a "tiger team" to determine the right answers to provide for the questions that another "tiger team" will develop, concurrently to our development of the answers. It is extremely, nay, direly important that ne'er the two shall meet. I mean, really. Can you imagine the scandal if either had both the questions and the answers?

I vote we use beagle to search for the questions....or locate them!!

My answer is I am neither one.
I don't struggle, but I often need a reference because my memory sucks.
I usually know what I'm looking for and just need to refresh my memory on the syntax or whatever.

I normaly create lots of aliases and new scripts ect to do all my jobs. I love to use context scripting which is 'If I'm in a cvs directory for my website and I run 'update' the context means I want to update my website code, on the other hand if I'm in /etc/apt it means run sudo apt-get update'

It's all good.
