Big question for you guys...
I am an avid (and still growing) Ubuntu supporter. In fact, so much that I am trying to sell the owner (Boss man) on providing commercial support for it. He is all for it, but wants a profit model. I can't say I blame him as we both need to eat..
So here is the question. How are the existing Commercial supporters running for profit services without trampling the spirit of Ubuntu? Windows support is an easy model, but how do you do Ubuntu support without slapping Ubuntu, or doing a disservice to customers?
