To mods: after asking some persons, I guessed it would be okay to post about this since I have no profit interest in this and I see other threads about new free software from time to time.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Videocanvas is a (featurewise) basic painting program, or or maybe as others would put it; toy.
Anyway, what makes it stand out is that the program records your actions and saves them in a chronologic list, so you at any time can "replay" the painting.

Other features:
Different brush radii (radius plural??)
Alpha channel
Save and load to own format.
Save bmp's
Unlimited undo
Brush radius randomization
Brush position randomization

Source, linux (x86) and windows binary:Download (http://fileanchor.com/69078-d)
If you want to compile from source you'll need the FreeBASIC compiler (gpl) from www.freebasic.net

Check it out and let me know what you think! :D

1) what license is this released under?

2) "radii" is the correct plural of "radius."

EDIT: All source code etc. is now updated to include the GPL notice
