Right now, I am running with a
nVidia GeForce MX 4000 (yes, i know, not the best) PCI with 128 MB of RAM
I have $100 USD to spend on a new PCI (not express or AGP) video card. (thank you google adsense:KS )any suggestions on what I should get. No "you should get a new MOBO" please.

Why do you want to upgrade your video card? Just wondering.

Currently I am unable to play Zelda OoT on Mupen64 with the Hi-Res pack, cant play Americas Army very well, Cant play wolfenstein very well, and others.

Really? I could do stuff like that just fine with my older Radeon 9000 (with the free driver, BTW). Though that was an AGP card.

So let me tell you, man. Now I'm not too clever with this stuff. But I expect that even the best PCI graphics card will make little of a difference. PCI is just too slow.
Sorry to say what you didn't want to be said, but I must say this, because I don't want you to waste your money.

If I were you I'd just keep saving up the money, until you have enough to upgrade your whole machine. That seems like the best idea to me.

so you dont think that even a GeForce FX 5700LE would make any difference?
because this is looking mighty tempting

the geforce 5550 would be better than that 5700LE becasue it has 128bit bus width compared to 64bit of 5700LE.

http://www.amazon.com/3DFUZION-GeForce-Graphics-Card-3DFR6200P/dp/B000E0L7SU

This is the newest Nvidia GPU on any PCI card. Only BFG (3dfuzion) produced it, and they are hard to come by now, thus the higher pricetag. (they were sold at $35 a month or two ago)

If I were buying PCI, I would get this.
