This is just about the stupidest thing i've ever seen , What a complete waste of time and tax payers money..!!!

What i don't understand is , If we can build stupid useless stuff like this then why can't we build a car ( AGAIN ) that gets really good gas mileage..?

Like the one that was built by GM back in the day that had a big block engine and got 70 mile's to the gallon...

Well im sure the gas battery will be replaced by the ultracapacitator battery (http://www.engadget.com/2006/02/11/the-ultracapacitor-tomorrows-battery-um-tomorrow/).
