View Full Version : Previewing OpenDocument Text in Webmail?

Not something very path-breaking, but I just noticed that while Gmail and Yahoomail allow you to "preview" (Gmail calls it "view as HTML") a .doc file attachment in the browser, neither allows you to do the same for a .odt file.

It's nothing big really, but I think it would be nice if they implemented it.

I dunno, how exactly do I go around asking it of them?

They will probably do this as part of the Sun-Google partnership anyway.

Seems I'm way behind the times on tech news. I didn't know of any Sun-Google Partnership.
