Mplayer is my favourite video player, but I could use the double click -> fullscreen thing from Kaffeine for example. In other words, does somebody know how to make mplayer gui go fullscreen when I double click on the video window?

Nope, but you can push "F".

One of the things I did never understand, why they just don't make it this way. Like 99% of all other video players.
