OK, it's not Ubuntu, but Time UK is selling standard desktop PCs with linux installed as standard (Windows XP is £40 extra!)
Time Computers was at one time, one of the largest computer manufacturers in the UK. They recently went into administration and have relaunched as TimeUK. Most of the PCs on their web-site are advertised with Linux as standard, and they are currently being heavily promoted on Google Adwords!
