BTW, don't get your minds twisted, that was just for picture purposes only (I get nervous @ pictures so I needed to grab something to divert attention, and what better than Dr. Dre's The Chronic 2001 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000023VR6/104-3997840-5203904?v=glance) :-# ).

There is NOTHING wrong with not knowing how to write kernel patches when you're 16.

Think of it this way, jdong has found his passion in life. So what if Linux is not your all-consuming passion? Y'know what? Most kids at 16 are just content to sit on their duffs and not explore anything - just the fact that you're HERE proves that you're not dumb or average!

:)

All you need to do is find your passion!

Since i don't have any good pics of me online or on my computer... this will have to do. Sorry, my friends refuse to send me any pics of me. There MUST be some shady ones out there.

This is the worship band I play in with friends of mine, we had a gig thing at a fellow sister university, so i blanked out its name, cause they're evil (*cough* Kutztown University *cough*). Sorry so big, I tried to shrink it down, but couldn't.

Yeah the big crap is I had to leave the band.
We toured and stuff, and I couldnt take off at work so much all the time. and the music biz in South Africa doesnt pay too much. the other guys were more flexible becuase of what they do, ( acting stage directing etc. ) I'm a Technical Project Manager so I have a very demanding job. Its sad because I REALLY miss playing live.
I am doing my own music now so I'm still creative ;)

Too bad I cant find REAL good music apps on Linux, like Cubase, Reason etc.

Anyway.
Thanks for the compliment Kassetra, i appreciate it. And now I'm dreaming again off all the times on stage. :(

I can hook you up with some GREAT South African music from bands we played with etc. if you want.

i wish i could find the pic of me firing the Eagle .50cal one day when the fellow rangers and i were bored.

See, that's what state park rangers do in their spare time... we shoot off guns in the state parks... err... i mean.......

I can post Iraq pictures my roomate has sent from over there.

I still haven't scanned in any of my Iraq pictures. I guess I'll do that when I get home.

Rage is the best. I saw Audioslave about two years ago in Germany, it just isn't the same with Zach gone, and, jeez, Chris Cornell (yech!) of all people fillin' in. They did do
a pretty damn good cover of Seven Nation Army, though. Morello is a genius.

Yes he is. Definitely my favorite guitarist.

I thought you were Air Force, not Army? Was that an M9? I couldn't quite tell because the pic was so small and your hand was covering most of it.

Here I am "enjoying the facilities" at an aquarium in Charleston, South Carolina.

They were very clean and had auto flush.
