It's great news, hopefully we can get rid of all annoying problems related to Flash plugin in Firefox (sounds, frames cut, etc.)

A new Opera plugin perhaps?

Also, the newest beta of skype had one serious bug in it, too bad too cause I kinda liked it...

Quick workaround to trick Firefox :-

This will make most sites think you are running version 9 in Ubuntu even if you are not.
Don't forget to copy/backup the file before editing it.

Open the file ~/.mozilla/firefox/pluginreg.dat
change
Shockwave Flash 7.0 r63:$
to
Shockwave Flash 9.0 r63:$
