As I believe you now know as you have commented a few minutes ago, all BBC links have changed and can now be seen in the listing at https://gist.github.com/RareAiringLover/060ca66446be356a03084a801de053a9

The BBC seems to change these streams fairly often as I updated my list only in May this year, only to find recently that they did not work any more.
