My system is showing my mail address in the networks. But when I am clicking it, an error is popping "Unable to access the mail Invalid credentials". Please help me to resolve the issue. It would be better if I can know the command line as I want to learn.
Thank you in advance

What are you trying to access by typing your email address?

I have no clue, but this sort of question is often answered by the "Ubuntu Users Guide" for the release you are running. Google that.

In my world ....
I don't enter any logins/credentials for external systems when installing Ubuntu. If I want access to email, I'll setup the connection information in the email program I choose, not some magical system email tool I know nothing about. It is a security stance for me. OTOH, I have hundreds of email aliases so I can give out 1-time email addresses easily, get the email I want, then delete the alias and never be bothered again.
Most people should have at least 5 email addresses that are disconnected from each other. Never use the same email address on social networks that you use to buy stuff or bank. Banks deserve their own email address - dedicated just to that bank. If you have 2 different accounts at 2 different banks, then you need 2 different email addresses with really strong login passphrases and perhaps a 20 character, random, username for each.
What email address do you need?
Friends/Family
Social networking - perhaps a few here.
Work / University
Govt - only used for dealing with your govt
Online retail (I have a different email for every online purchase)
Bank A
Bank B
Retirement Savings
Investment Accounts
The reason for different email addresses is so when one of the accounts becomes compromised, it doesn't automatically provide access to the other accounts. That's really important if money is involved.
My paypal account is completely separate from all others, for example. It has a random username that I don't even know. Same for my different banking and brokerage accounts. I don't know the logins for those and no amount of beating will make me know them. I couldn't even guess. Obviously, I don't know the passphrases for them either. I have no accounts linked to my banking accounts. I don't do automatic payments. Each has to be scheduled, manually, monthly. In the future, I might change this for convenience.

Thank you for the help. There was a issue with connection with cloud storage. My credentials were not entered properly. I found out it through settings.
