Is there a stable repo for XFCE 4.16 into xubuntu 20.04?

I gather it was released Dec 2020.

It's not in the official Xubuntu or ubuntu repos yet.
I've only found dev or test repos via google.

I think that post does a decent job at trying to convince you not to install XFCE 4.16 on Xubuntu 20.04 LTS, but explains a reasonable way to go about it if you decide to anyway.
