I don't have a connection to my corporate network until after I've installed Ubuntu and then the corporate VPN solution.

So far I've only seen reference to joining a 20.10 workstation to an AD domain during the O.S. install process.

Is it possible to join a 20.10 workstation to an AD domain after the O.S. install process is completed?

Welcome.

For all work usages LTS (Long Term Support) releases are recommended. LTS releases like the current 20.04 have 5 years of support. The interim releases like 20.10 have only 9 months of support.
