Folks,
This is not an Ubuntu issue but knowing the knowledge here hoping I get some advice as to how to get some details from a failed Bluetooth connection.
I have a Plantronics FITE 15 hands free unit.
Although no need to use on Ubuntu it connects fine to 18:04 and works, also fine with Windoz10 and use it with an old MotoG1 as well as a newer MotoG5 and a Samsung Galaxy TabA
Thinking it may be useful for my Alexa device try to pair, finds it but says unable to connect. Shows as a paired device but again, not able to connect.
Contacted Amazon and they are passing the buck suggesting I contact plantronics. I did point out that Linux, MS and Android all connect fine so it is an Amazon issue, not plantronics but no reply as yet.
Now, not the end of the world if it don't connect, would have been handy but not essential so now curiosity takes over.
Any suggestions as to how I might find out why it won't connect. A know how to ADB connect to android but no idea for Amazon.
