How in Kubuntu 18 to see mouse more distinctly?

Hello,
Under Kubuntu 18 I periodically lose my mouse.
I set bigger size for it. It is helpfull, but not always.
Are there some visual effects/extensions when I move mouse to see it more distinctly?

I'm using Kubuntu 20.10 but it should be similar:

In the System settings, there should be a section to configure your mouse cursors, including theme, size, etc

Edit: in Workspace Behaviour > Desktop effects, there seems to be other useful options (second screenshot)

Yes, I set mouse bigger with options as on 1st printscreen, but setting option "Track Mouse" I do not see any effect with my mouse. Why? Any other decisions possible?

Activating the 'Track Mouse'-option enables a keyboard combination. Hit that combination and you'll get a moving graphical effect around the cursor. The icon in the same panel as the configuration option should allow you to set the keys to use. If you still don't see anything happening, check whether the compositor is set active (settings->system-settings->display and monitor->compositor), it's needed to draw the effect.

compositor is one of the options in display and monitor. you can also search for it if you can't find it.
