Anyone else experiencing higher cpu usage after 20.04 upgrade?

As per title, since upgrading cpu usage goes higher (150%) more frequently (on both chromium and firefox) with resulting fan massive usage, noise and heating.

1 laptop on Ubuntu 20.04/Gnome/Wayland, 2 Laptops on Ubuntu 20.10/Gnome/Wayland,

Temp=35C
CPU Processes = approx 0
watt power = 6W
Boot time to desktop =48sec
Dual boot with Win10 in MBR Legacy mode.
I have never heard the fans running on these laptops. Never!
