Xiomei makes good quality cheaper phones and Hwawei is high end, so it depends on what you use the phone for. But then with the political crap that is going on you also have to think about providers and support of components subjected to U.S laws if you live in a Western country.

I use Xiomei and do not complain. Any phone, of course, is not eternal. But between Xiomei and Hwawei I would choose Xiomei.
