I've installed server 20.04 successfully on another machine, but the process hangs when I try to get it to work on an AMD TR3960x/AsusPro TRX40/GeForce9600 rig.
I've read somewhere that it could be related to which Linux Kernel is being installed (setting MCE=off). Not familiar enough, I've installed POP_OS -- works great although I do not need the desktop apps. This is for headless server.
Would appreciate suggestions.
