[lubuntu] Freeze at first boot

Hello
I try to install Lubuntu 19.04 on Intel Joule. It runs smooth Ubuntu 18.04 from SD card. Lubuntu installation from usb goes through, but at first boot it stops after USB devices enumeration. When I remove all usb devices it stops after

ttyS2 - failed to request DMA
Freeing unused kernel memory :1268K (some address here)

During installation I created 2 partitions: 1GB Fat32 at /efi/boot and 13GB ext4 at /
