After using HP Pen on touchscreen, finger on touchscreen doesn't work anymore

Hello,

i installed ubuntu on my HP Spectre x360 with Touchscreen.

After boot, i can use my Touchscreen with my fingers and move the windows as i like.
Then i start Xournal (Drawing Software) and start using my HP Pen and draw some stuff.
Now when i want to use my finger again to navigate it doesn't work anymore. Only the Pen is working, but my fingers don't work anymore.

Some tips for how to debug this issue?

Compiling newest Kernel Version 5.6.3 resolved the issue.
