Hi, following a system update KDE is acting strange.

Firstly, my down arrow now opens the start menu (as well as navigating to the next item in a menu at the same time)

I can temporarily correct this by going to system settings - > shortcuts and applying defaults, but after that session it goes back to being the same way.

open application menu does not seem to have any shortcut, and down arrow is by bound to "next item in a list" but despite that it still opens/closes the start menu

I tried making a new user as well as removing my entire kde config and trying to make a new one, and it is the same.

Another strange, but harmless issue I observed following the post-update reboot was that SDDM and plasma no longer had any wallpapers, i simply set them back.

TL DR - the down arrow opens the start menu, changing the bind and applying changes is undone on the next reset/new session
