Installing ubuntu 19.10 with no mouse curser?

Hello im trying to install ubuntu desktop the 19.10. But when I do i get no mouse cursor at all. Now i know my way around the keyboard to do the installation but i was wondering why this is happening and if anyone else had this happen before.

Hardware I'm using is a supermicro motherboard with a g34 processor.
16 gb of memory. 1tb of harddrive. I'm not good with using the server software so I'm using desktop for now. Can someone please help me?

Just a update i don't get a mouse cursor however i can move the mouse over buttons and it looks like its high lighting it.
